Realty Professionals was founded in 1985 and has been at the same location, 20 W. 6th Street, Spencer, IA since that time. Mark Hallett is Owner/Broker of the Company. We sell residential, commercial, and farm real estate in Northwest Iowa. We are a small boutique Real Estate Company that never intended to be the biggest, simply the best Real Estate Company and one that strives for complete customer satisfaction.

Mark Hallett, Broker is a graduate of Mankato State University with a BA in Business Administration. Since graduation in 1973, Mark has been active in the real estate profession in Northwest Iowa. Mark's focus is residential and commercial investment real estate. He works with his wife Sue to make the process of your real estate sale or purchase a smooth and rewarding one.

Sue Hallett, Broker Associate has been active in the real estate industry for the past 20 years assisting clients in marketing their homes or finding just the right real estate investment. With a previous background in retail sales, Sue learned to work closely with both buyers and sellers to make it a pleasant experience for all. Her great care and attention from listing the property, marketing the property, and closing the transaction will make your real estate experience a successful and enjoyable one.
